FAQs

  • 7-10 days. Raw milk doesn’t expire like pasteurized milk, it changes form to a different product. To drink it plain, it will typically keep a creamy, sweet flavor after 7-10 days in the fridge. After that, you can use whats left to make yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, etc. Even though it wont taste as great, it is still safe to consume it after those 7-10 days. Always transport your milk on ice in a cooler and store your milk in the back of your refrigerator. The warmer the milk gets, the sooner it will start to sour.
